The clinic's stated position is that hair loss is a condition, not a grooming problem, and that treatment starts from an accurate examination rather than from a product. Consultation and diagnosis are conducted by Dr. Kim personally — the same person who will perform whatever is decided.
PRP is prepared from the patient's own blood and returned to the scalp, where it is used to support follicle recovery and hair calibre. At MONARA it is given as a programme rather than a single injection: scalp massage and scalp scaling first, then PRP, then regenerative scalp laser in the same visit. It is also given on the day of a transplant, as the first step of the aftercare schedule.
That is decided at diagnosis, and the two are not alternatives. Where the donor area is sound and the loss is patterned, a transplant does what treatment cannot. Where loss is diffuse or still progressing, treatment first is the honest answer — and micropigmentation sits alongside both.

MTS opens controlled micro-channels in the scalp so that a hair growth ampoule reaches the level of the follicle instead of sitting on the skin. It only works cumulatively: the clinic states plainly that MTS has to be received consistently at one- to two-week intervals to have an effect, which is why it is sold as a course rather than a single visit.

Low-level laser therapy runs through the entire post-operative programme, from the day after surgery to the one-year review, and is used to settle inflammation and swelling early on and to support the growth phase later. O₂ scaling is added at the one-month visit, when transplanted hair is shedding and the scalp needs cleaning rather than stimulating.
